Product Description

The 162 series is a single-row crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearing equipped with internal gear structure, specially developed for heavy-load and high-precision rotary working conditions. Featuring high rigidity and compact layout, it combines load bearing and transmission functions as an integrated assembly, perfectly adapting to limited installation space.

Adopting premium 42CrMo or 50Mn steel as raw material, the raceways and gear teeth are processed by induction quenching, reaching hardness between 55 HRC and 62 HRC to guarantee excellent wear resistance and structural stability. The bearing is fitted with double NBR contact seals to effectively block dust and moisture. Metal scrapers can be optionally installed for extra protection in severe working environments.

With 90° crossed cylindrical roller arrangement, this product can bear axial load, radial load and overturning moment at the same time. The built-in internal gear adopts standard machining with high precision, enabling stable meshing and reliable power transmission. Pre-reserved grease fittings simplify daily lubrication and maintenance.

Available in a complete range of specifications, this series is widely applied in cranes, excavators, port facilities, wind power equipment and various heavy-duty rotary platforms. It is easy to install and delivers long service life under complex operating scenarios.
