282 series double flange slewing bearing, also known as internal & external flanged four-point contact ball slewing ring. Equipped with integrated mounting flanges on both inner and outer rings, eliminating extra bearing housing for simplified assembly. The single-row four-point contact ball structure simultaneously withstands axial load, radial load and overturning moment. Precisely machined mounting holes on dual flanges enable fast, stable bolted installation. Available in ungeared, internal gear and external gear configurations; raceway surface quenched for high wear resistance, fitted with dual rubber sealing strips to block dust and grease leakage. Compact overall height, lightweight design, widely applied for medium-load rotary equipment including small cranes, aerial work platforms, construction attachments and industrial rotary jigs.
