Product Description

This 281 series slewing ring adopts integrated dual flanges on both inner and outer rings, belonging to single-row four-point contact ball structure. Equipped with pre-machined mounting holes on double flanges for direct bolt installation without extra support seats, greatly simplifying assembly layout.

The steel balls form four-point arc contact with induction hardened raceways, capable of bearing axial load, radial load and overturning moment simultaneously. Three gear options are available: ungeared, internal gear and external gear. Double lip rubber seals on both sides block dust, water and debris while retaining lubricant grease inside raceways.

Main ring material is 50Mn or 42CrMo alloy steel with quenched raceway surface for outstanding wear resistance. Compact overall height and lightweight design make it widely used for medium-load rotary equipment including small cranes, aerial work platforms, marine rotary devices and industrial turntables. Custom gear modulus, flange hole sizes and precision grades are acceptable.
