1. Product Overview

The 231 series slewing bearing is a standard single-row four-point contact ball slewing ring developed for light and medium-duty rotating machinery. It combines rotary support and power transmission into one integrated unit, featuring a compact outline, lightweight structure and excellent composite load capacity. With reliable mechanical stability and universal standard dimensions, this series offers strong compatibility with most industrial rotary equipment and guarantees long-term steady operation.

2. Product Specifications

This slewing bearing series adopts high-quality 50Mn forged steel for bearing rings and premium GCr15 steel for rolling elements. The induction-quenched raceway achieves a hardness of HRC 55-62, while the gear teeth reach HRC 52-58, providing superior wear resistance and structural durability. The working temperature ranges from -40ºC to 100ºC to adapt to diverse operating environments. The standard precision grade is P0, with P2 and P4 high-precision versions available on request. External gear, internal gear and gearless types are all optional, and the standard double-sided rubber lip sealing ensures effective dustproof and waterproof performance.
